I've just been reading about mercury poison, so this was timely to find this. One of the things I've found to be interesting as far as detoxing the body from mercury is including seaweed in the diet. I've only just begun to research this, but from what I've seen, including this sea plant in your diet helps eliminate toxins like mercury from the body.
