Eh. Go look up Emily Rosa and the study she did when she was 9. Reiki “masters” did worse, statistically, at guessing where her hands were through a cardboard cutout.

The reason this works is auto-suggestion. You “believe” it’s going to happen, so in your mind, it does. It’s the same principle behind NLP, autogenics, and Ericksonian hypnosis.

If it works for you, great, but it’s all in your head. There is no universal qi.

Ive done what I call energytreatments to myself sometimes… My sister says that if I believe I can cure myself (stop a headache) it will happen, and the whole energy-thing has nothing to do with it. I dont really care, as long as it works! :D Ive learned to stop my headache, and if I do it by tricking my mind or something like that I dont care! ;)

do i need to be attuned to reiki before channeling it through these positinos? or can i ask simply reiki to flow through me, with love and gratitude ?

Just as medications, and other treatments don’t work “all the time”, the outward effects of Reiki are not visable all of the time.

Reiki in generall is beliving in the power of healing, I’m reiki student from level II, and one of the things our master thought us is that we won’t be able to heal anyone unless our pacient and us believe in the healing power of energy. We have to open our minds and why not believe in other sources of living, healing, and thinking…it’s about time…thank you!

I’m realigning the bones in my third from my left finger on my left hand toward your video. That first position looks like the standard signal for indicating you are choking. If only….. Go reiki the yardi and quit wasting bandwidth.
